Want to push yourself even more? Have a talk with one of your Instructors regarding our Juggernaut Fight Squad. Our Juggernaut Squad are well recognised and respected competitors eager to test their skills.
This 30 minutes is additional to your training and completely free for those who want to stay on and practice their sparring, learn new fight techniques or simply want to run through their syllabus. This is open to our Juniors and Seniors. 
This will be a matted space, to help those who want to compete and go to tournaments.
